The website luxskytravel.com is owned and operated by HCL Trading Company (GST: 08BIRPN3837Q1Z7), registered at Flat No. 13, Madhu Smriti Ke Pas, Kota, Rajasthan 324005, India. "LuxSky Travel" is a trading name used by HCL Trading Company for its independent flight booking service. In these Terms of Service, "we", "us", and "our" refer to HCL Trading Company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any airline including but not limited to Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, American Airlines, Southwest Airlines, JetBlue Airways, Alaska Airlines, Spirit Airlines, or any other domestic or international carrier.

By calling our toll-free number and using our booking assistance service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

HCL Trading Company provides phone-based flight booking assistance. Our service includes:

• Searching available flight fares across major US domestic and international airlines on your behalf
• Quoting you the current available fare plus our service fee before any payment is processed
• Processing your flight booking and payment upon your verbal confirmation
• Sending your e-ticket and booking confirmation to your provided email address
• Assisting with cancellation or change requests as permitted by the airline's fare rules

We act solely as a booking facilitator. The flight contract is between you and the airline.

HCL Trading Company charges the following non-refundable service fees for our booking assistance:

• Domestic US flights: $25.00 per ticket
• International flights: $35.00 per ticket

This service fee is separate from and in addition to the airline's published fare and all applicable taxes, surcharges, and fees.

The full total amount — airline fare + our service fee + taxes — will always be quoted to you verbally and clearly before any payment is processed. We will not process any payment without your explicit verbal confirmation of the total amount.

Airline fares are dynamic and subject to real-time availability. The fare quoted to you at the time of your call reflects what is available at that specific moment and may differ from fares available at other times.

HCL Trading Company does not guarantee any specific fare price. We are not responsible for fare changes that occur between the time of quotation and the time of booking confirmation, including but not limited to:

• Fare increases or decreases after your call ends
• Seat availability changes
• Airline-imposed surcharges or fee changes

If the fare changes materially between quotation and booking, we will notify you before proceeding.

Your flight booking is confirmed only upon:

• Receipt of a valid PNR (Passenger Name Record / booking reference number) from the airline
• Receipt of an e-ticket confirmation email at the address you provide

Please allow up to 30 minutes after your call to receive your e-ticket confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation within 2 hours, please contact us immediately at support@luxskytravel.com or our toll-free number.

Cancellations, changes, and refunds for your airline ticket are governed entirely by the airline's own fare rules applicable to the ticket you purchased. These rules are determined by the airline — not by HCL Trading Company.

We will:

• Explain the applicable fare rules clearly before you confirm your booking
• Assist you in submitting cancellation or change requests to the airline
• Not charge an additional fee for cancellation or change assistance

Our service fee of $25–$35 is non-refundable as it covers the booking assistance service already provided.

HCL Trading Company acts solely as a booking facilitator and is not a party to the contract of carriage between you and the airline. We are not responsible for:

• Airline schedule changes, cancellations, or delays
• Airline bankruptcy or cessation of operations
• Denied boarding or upgrade/downgrade decisions by the airline
• Baggage loss or damage
• Any other acts or omissions of the airline

Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from our booking assistance service is limited to the service fee amount paid to HCL Trading Company for the booking in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the registered travel agency, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, or in the appropriate courts having jurisdiction.
