Refund Policy

Our service fee of $25 (domestic) or $35 (international) per ticket is non-refundable in all circumstances.

This fee compensates HCL Trading Company for the booking assistance service we have already provided — including searching available fares, quoting you the full cost, processing your payment, and delivering your e-ticket confirmation.

The service fee remains non-refundable regardless of:

• Whether you cancel or change your flight
• Whether the airline refunds your ticket
• Whether the flight is cancelled by the airline
• Any other circumstances

Refunds for the airline portion of your ticket — the fare and applicable taxes — are governed entirely by the airline's own fare rules for the ticket you purchased.

Refundability depends on:

• Fare type — Fully refundable fares, partially refundable fares, or non-refundable fares
• Time of cancellation — Some fares have 24-hour free cancellation under US DOT rules
• Reason for cancellation — Airline-initiated cancellations may have different rules

We will clearly explain the fare rules and refundability of your specific ticket before you confirm your booking. Please ask your agent if you have any questions about the fare rules.

Under US Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, airlines are required to offer either:

• A 24-hour free cancellation window for tickets purchased at least 7 days before departure, OR
• A 24-hour free hold option without payment

If you wish to cancel within 24 hours of booking, please call us immediately at our toll-free number. We will submit the cancellation request to the airline on your behalf.

Note: Our service fee remains non-refundable even within the 24-hour window, as the booking service has already been rendered.

To initiate a cancellation or refund request:

• Step 1: Call us at our toll-free number (Mon–Sun, 7 AM – 11 PM EST) or email support@luxskytravel.com
• Step 2: Provide your booking confirmation number (PNR) and the reason for cancellation
• Step 3: We will check the applicable fare rules and advise you on your options
• Step 4: Upon your instruction, we will submit the cancellation request to the airline
• Step 5: You will receive a cancellation confirmation from the airline if approved

HCL Trading Company does not charge any additional fee for cancellation assistance.

If the airline approves a refund for your ticket, the processing timeline is determined entirely by the airline and your card issuer:

• Credit card refunds: Typically 7–21 business days to appear on your statement
• Debit card refunds: Typically 3–10 business days

HCL Trading Company has no control over the airline's refund processing timeline and cannot expedite refunds on your behalf beyond submitting the request.

If you have not received your refund within 30 days of the airline's confirmed cancellation, please contact us and we will follow up with the airline on your behalf.

If the airline cancels your flight, you are generally entitled to a full refund of the airline fare under US DOT regulations, regardless of your fare type.

If your flight is cancelled by the airline, please contact us and we will assist you in claiming your refund from the airline. The LuxSky Travel service fee remains non-refundable as it covers the booking service already rendered.
